South Florida restaurant owner excited to be on Food Network

ON THE TREASURE COAST WILL BE FEATURED ON THE FOOD NETWORK, WITH GUY FIERI LATER THIS MONTH. THIS SHOW IS CALLED BEST BITE IN TOWN. ANGELA ROZIER MET WITH THE OWNER TODAY WHO CAN’T WAIT TO SEE THE SHOW. THE OWNER AND CHEF HERE AT THE THINK GREEK RESTAURANT IN PORT SAINT LUCIE SAYS THIS HAS BEEN IN THE WORKS FOR MORE THAN A YEAR, AND EVERYONE IS EXCITED TO SEE THE FINAL PROJECT. STELLA KEFALAS IS GETTING READY FOR HER CUSTOMERS. SHE’S ALSO READY TO SEE HER RESTAURANT THINK GREEK FEATURED ON THE NEW FOOD NETWORK SHOW CALLED BEST BIDEN TOWN. WE COULDN’T BELIEVE THAT WE WERE CHOSEN. I DON’T KNOW HOW WE GOT CHOSEN, BUT WE WERE CHOSEN AND IT WAS JUST A BLESSING. THE SHOW FEATURES CHEFS VISITING RESTAURANTS WHERE THEY PICK A FAVORITE DISH AND THEN A PANEL OF JUDGES DETERMINE THE WINNER OR BEST BITE IN TOWN. I TRIED TO FIND OUT WHICH DISH THAT SHE SERVED TO THE JUDGES. UM, I CAN’T SAY. OKAY, THAT’S FINE, THAT’S FINE. THERE’S TWO DISHES. THEN YOU HAVE TO WATCH THE SHOW TO FIND OUT. I THINK GREEK IS ONE OF SIX RESTAURANTS IN THE AREA SELECTED TO TAKE PART IN THE SHOW. THE SHOW IS HOSTED BY GUY FIERI, WHO WAS SPOTTED IN TRADITION LAST YEAR. WHILE THE SHOW WAS FILMING. SAYS IT WAS A BLESSING TO BE A PART OF THE SHOW AND SHE CAN’T WAIT TO SEE IT. EVERYBODY WAS JUST AMAZING. IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE, LIKE JUST THE EXPERIENCE ALONE. I’M ABLE TO TALK ABOUT IT AND IT JUST BRINGS A SMILE TO MY FACE BECAUSE IT WAS AN AWESOME. IT WAS AWESOME TIME. NOW THAT SHOW WILL AIR ON THE FOOD NETWORK ON MAY 31ST IN PORT

‘Brings a smile to my face’: Port St. Lucie restaurant owner excited to be on Food Network

A local mom-and-pop restaurant on the Treasure Coast will be featured in a show on the Food Network later this month.
