Santana moved to Queens from the Dominican Republic at age 13, and in higher school he enrolled in a plan referred to as Culinary Arts.
“Since I was a minor kid at home, I liked to cook dinner,” said Santana, “but I didn’t imagine that it was a job.”
When Santana dropped the cooking course the very first 12 months, he was mechanically enrolled back again in the class the next 12 months due to the fact it was a 4-year application.
